Here’s what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it, in plain language.

What we collect
What you send us. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to share it, what you’re interested in, and your message. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you include.
What your browser sends. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site that sent you here.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you and, if we work together, to do that work.
We use visit information to understand how the site is being used and to keep it secure, including blocking spam and unauthorized login attempts.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use advertising cookies.
Who else is involved
A few outside services help run this site and may process information on our behalf, including our website host, our email provider, and the security and site statistics tools we use.
Our fonts are loaded from Fontshare and Google Fonts, which receive your IP address when they deliver them. If you book a call, you’ll be using Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.
We may also share information if the law requires it. Links to other websites, including our clients’ sites, lead to pages we don’t control, and their own policies apply there.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. This site may use cookies that are needed for it to work and stay secure. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and project records for as long as we need them to respond to you, do our work, and maintain our business records. Site statistics and security logs are kept for as long as they’re useful for those purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Just email us at hello@jjrothdesign.com. We’ll do what we can, unless we’re required to keep something.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and organizations, not children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has sent us information, let us know and we’ll delete it.
Changes and questions
If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
