Let's talk

Website Design

Built thoughtfully.Refined together.

We design and build websites that earn their place — attracting the right people, telling your story clearly, and working alongside your team for years to come.

What we believe

A website should be your best employee.

Working for you every hour of every day — answering questions, telling your story, bringing in the right people, and never asking for time off.

The websites we build are designed to do real work. That means clear navigation, fast load times, mobile-first thinking, search-engine clarity, and content structured around what your visitors actually need — not what’s easy to build.

And because no two organizations are alike, no two of our websites look or work alike either.

The kinds of sites we build.

Most projects fit broadly into one of these four shapes. Tell us what you’re working on, and we’ll help you figure out which one fits — or whether it’s something else entirely.

Sites that tell your story well.

For businesses, nonprofits, and ministries who need a clear, professional online presence that turns visitors into clients, donors, or supporters.

Storefronts built to sell.

Online stores powered by WooCommerce — built to feature your products beautifully, accept payments reliably, and make checkout effortless on every device.

03 / Custom & Specialty

Sites that do something specific.

Booking systems, member portals, donation platforms, internal tools — when a site needs to do real work for your team, not just look good.

04 / Redesigns & Refreshes

A modern site, without starting over.

For sites that have served you well but are starting to show their age. We modernize the design, structure, and performance — without losing what already works.

From first conversation to go-live.

We’ve refined this over hundreds of projects. It’s small enough to remember and flexible enough to fit you — from a one-page brochure site to a full digital overhaul.

01Discover

We start by listening.

Before we design anything, we learn about your organization, your audience, and what success looks like. You fill out a short questionnaire, we have a real conversation, and we build the brief together.

02Design

Your homepage comes first.

We design the look, feel, and structure of your homepage — then send you a live link to review. Your feedback shapes everything that comes next. We refine until it feels right.

03Build

We build the full site.

Every page, form, photo, and piece of content comes to life. This takes days to weeks depending on your site’s size. We check in regularly so you’re never wondering what’s happening.

04Refine

You review. We perfect.

You explore the complete site and tell us what to adjust. We revise copy, images, and layout based on your feedback — then you do one final review before we move to launch.

05Launch

You go live.

We set a launch date that works for you, move the site to your live server, and test everything again to make sure it’s seamless. Congratulations — your new site is out in the world.

Most projects take 6–12 weeks from first conversation to launch. The first step is always a conversation.

Every project starts the same way — with a real conversation — but every one ends somewhere different. Here’s one we’re especially proud of.

Manufacturing · Multi-division platform

Multiple divisions. One website.

The largest tooling manufacturer in the U.S. needed a complete rebuild — one company, five divisions, and an upgraded e-store — designed, built, and launched in time for a major industry event. We delivered a site twice the size of the original, right on deadline.

Questions, answered.

The things people most often want to know before starting a website project. If we missed yours, just ask — we’re happy to talk through anything in plain English.

Q.01How long does it take to build a website?

It depends on the size and complexity, but most marketing sites take 6–10 weeks from kickoff to launch. E-commerce builds and custom applications can run 12 weeks or more. We give you a realistic timeline after the first conversation — never an artificially fast one.

Q.02How much will it cost?

Every project is priced based on what it actually needs. Some sites are quick and modest; others are large and custom. After our first conversation, you’ll get a detailed proposal with everything itemized — no surprises, no sticker shock, and no hidden add-ons later.

Q.03What platform do you build on?

We build most sites on WordPress because it’s flexible, well-supported, and lets you keep control of your content. For e-commerce we use WooCommerce. For specific needs, we’ll recommend whatever the right tool is — never the trendiest one.

Q.04Will I be able to update the site myself?

Yes. Every site we build comes with a content management system you can use to update text, photos, and basic page elements yourself. We’ll show you how, and stay available if you have questions later.

Q.05Do you handle hosting?

We can recommend hosting and help you set it up, but we don’t host sites ourselves. We’ve found clients are better served owning their own hosting and domain — it gives you full control and means you can always take your site with you.

Q.06What happens after the site launches?

Whatever you’d like. Some clients want monthly maintenance and updates from us. Others handle the day-to-day themselves and reach out when something new comes up. We offer ongoing partnership packages but never require them.

From a client

They understand that a website isn’t a design project: it’s a business tool. They build sites that work for our clients’ customers, not just sites that win design awards. That perspective has made a real difference in the results our clients see.”
